Our total liability for any claim related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• We will provide a reasonable period to export your data
• All payment obligations through the end of the billing period remain due
• Sections relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Replypop will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, except where prohibited by law.
